Exfoliate

Cuci wajah menggunakan air suam untuk membuka liang roma agar kotoran mudah keluar. Penggunaan pelembap waktu malam, memudahkan cucian di siang hari. Skrub hanya smggu sekali selepas wajah anda dibilas dgn air suam. Gosok perlahan dan jangan biar terlalu lama di wajah, kerana kulit akan jadi lebih kering. 

Moisturize Regularly

Gunakan set pelembap mengandungi unsur air atau minyak mineral. Jika anda berada dalam suhu berhawa dingin, selepas berehat makan tengahari atau berhenti untuk solat. Tambah pelembap lagi pada wajah. Macam kita, kulit pun HAUS juga!!! 

Prevention and Treatment
